Start a New Discussion

Sharing your questions, insights, and experiences helps the entire community.

Creating a Post

  • Click New Post from the community page or your home feed.
  • Choose the community group where your post belongs (or post to General).
  • Add a clear, descriptive title for your discussion.
  • Write your post content using the rich text editor.
  • Add tags to help others find your post (e.g., "ACO REACH", "quality metrics").
  • Click Publish to share with the community.

Writing Effective Posts

  • Be specific — "How are you handling the new ACO REACH quality benchmarks?" is better than "Quality question"
  • Add context — Share relevant background so readers understand your situation
  • Ask clearly — If you're looking for advice, make your question explicit
  • Share what you've tried — If asking for help, mention what you've already considered

Post Types

  • Discussion — Open-ended conversations and questions
  • Resource — Share a useful article, tool, or document
  • Poll — Gather quick opinions from the community

Managing Your Posts

  • Edit your post anytime by clicking the edit icon
  • Delete posts you no longer want published
  • You'll receive notifications when someone replies to your post
